Have you stuck with it so far? I recently read an article that suggested taking January to decompress from the holidays and really reflect on the year that has passed, then actually begin your resolution(s) in February. While certainly not conventional, I really like the idea of giving yourself a bit of a break after the holidays, allowing yourself to ease back into a normal routine and plan for the year ahead with a recharged battery.
Whether you believe in resolutions or not, it’s always a good idea make goals for yourself.
