These changes accelerate due to conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and other neurodegenerative diseases. It is time to FIGHT back! Using research-backed methodology, 125 LIVE created a program that uses high-intensity neuroprotective aerobic and resistance training in a fun but challenging class. Class includes non-contact boxing training, balance, flexibility, power and strength training. Participants receive a free pre/post fitness assessment F.I.G.H.T. is open to everyone over the age of 50 years, and designed to improve overall well-being especially among participants with weight loss needs, diabetes, depression, and Parkinson’s.
