Sally grew up in nearby Elgin, MN. She is married to husband, Kelly, and has two children, Ryan and Megan. Transitioning to 125 LIVE has truly been a labor of love, as Sally has been with the Senior Center since 1989! She can’t wait to hear chatter and laughter coming from every room in the new facility and hopes to see everyone enjoying the space.
After 7 years working in Corporate Business Management, Samantha is excited to have made the change over to supporting a non-profit organization. She and her husband, Jake live in Rochester and enjoy hiking at Quarry Hill with their two dogs. She is looking forward to getting to know our 125 LIVE Members and helping you enjoy your Membership to the fullest.

Ken has always enjoyed being active; hockey, wrestling, running, weightlifting and boxing, so a career in Exercise Science was the perfect fit! He graduated from Winona State University with a double major in Exercise Science and Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation. After graduating, Ken became a certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), as well as holding other certifications with organizations like the Red Cross and American Council on Exercise. He has been actively working and volunteering in the field of Fitness/Wellness since 2006, most notably with the Rochester Athletic Club, Mayo Clinic and is now very excited to be part of 125 LIVE.
Megan recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a degree in Business Management and Sustainable Business. She serves as the Rental Coordinator for 125 LIVE, helping with Special Projects along the way. Megan enjoys spending time on the lake and being outdoors as much as possible. She is extremely passionate about the environment and plans on helping 125 LIVE be as “green” as possible!
