For Brent, it is service to others that brings him the most joy. From his young days as an Eagle Scout to mentoring cancer survivors through the Livestrong rehab program, Brent truly understands the importance of lending a helping hand to others. Brent completed his undergraduate studies at Winona State University earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

Fred has been a personal trainer since 2012 and is also a group fitness instructor and health coach. Fred is currently certified through ACE (American Council on Exercise). Fred specializes in working with beginning exercisers who want to learn how to feel better and be better. Fred believes the key to feeling better and enjoying the benefits of life- long health and fitness is to move more. Fred can help clients achieve this goal by teaching them
Jen has been a personal trainer since 2007 and a group fitness instructor since 2012. Jen became interested in fitness when she underwent a lower back surgery in college and was told that she would always have back problems. Her reaction to this was to start regular strength training, and has, to date, never had any more back issues. Jen is currently certified through AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America). Jen is great at finding ways of making workouts fun while challenging her clients to break through any barriers and overcoming plateaus. Jen has worked in the Livestrong rehab program for cancer survivors, and has had the opportunity to work with clients who have unique issues, such as artificial joints, stroke survivors, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, and people in wheelchairs. Jen’s no nonsense style and eye for detail allows participants to safely reach their personal goals and change their lives for the better.
Jake is certified through NCSF (National Council on Strength & Fitness) and specializes in general strength training and working with those who are new to working out. Jake knows what it’s like starting a fitness routine from a beginner’s level. Jake discovered his passion for strength training after growing up obese and then losing weight while improving his strength and self-esteem. He believes it’s possible for anyone to find a sustainable and enjoyable form of physical activity that works for them. It just takes a little support and applicable knowledge from others to help them find it.
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Nutrition Specialist, wife, mama of four children and dog mama of one golden doodle. She has her BA from St. Cloud State University and has worked in the fitness industry for many years. She loves teaching group fitness classes because of the comradery that it brings among like minded individuals. But she also loves training with individuals one on one because she really gets to connect on a more personal level and be a bigger part of your fitness journey. She knows how important a positive lifestyle is for you physically, mentally and spiritually and she wants to help you live a positive life! Kevin is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Has a Associates degree in Health and Exercise Sciences, graduated with honors. Has over ten years of personal training experience. I enjoy creating customized training programs designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. I have experience designing programs for weight loss, strength training, circuit training, HITT (high Intensity Interval Training), and wheel chair fitness. I have experience working with individual’s who have autism, strokes, Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injury’s, and individuals in wheelchairs.
