Fitness Equipment Orientation– If you would like to gain a functional understanding of the fitness equipment, a personal trainer will guide you through a 30-minute demonstration in which you learn and try the equipment.

Personal Training Information

1 HOUR: Use the one-hour option for a comprehensive fitness assessment or to meet with a trainer who will answer your questions and guide you through a workout. 

5 HOURS: The 5-hour package is a great way to start your fitness journey and is a favorite among small-group clients. Utilize your time as you see fit and set your own schedule!

10 HOURS: Looking to get the most for your money? For those of you committed to staying on track, the 10-hour package is the best value for the price. Try small group training, a great way to make workout buddies and stay accountable.
