Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery is a workout designed for those living with Parkinson’s disease. Blending all aspects of fitness including strength, agility, balance, coordination and flexibility helps to make activities of daily living easier.

Rock Steady Boxing

  • Tuesdays 3:00-4:00 – Boxing Studio
  • Thursdays 3:00-4:00 – Boxing Studio
  • Registration is encouraged
  • Fitness Membership required
  • Bring your own gloves or buy your own: gloves = $32; hand wrapping = $12

An evidence based fitness program for those living with Parkinson’s disease or other neurological conditions using strong boxing drills. Rock Steady Boxing trains to improve balance, speed, and coordination for people living with Parkinson’s disease.

Mayo Clinic Sponsored Cancer Survivor Fitness at 125 LIVE

  • Mondays and Wednesdays – 11:15am-12pm
  • Mondays and Wednesdays – 6:30-7:15pm

More than just a workout, this group is supportive and dedicated to regaining strength, mobility, balance and range of motion due to cancer treatments or surgeries. This workout is a gentle mix of strength, cardio, flexibility and relaxation. This class is for cancer survivors, fighters, and caregivers.

Meet with a 125 LIVE personal trainers one-on-one to determine your risk of falling. Our trainers will make recommendations for exercises to aid in falls prevention based on your risk level.
