You can participate in Pickleball with either a Social Membership or a Fitness Membership
Your 125 LIVE membership gives you access to a pickleball court in Fitness Studio 1, the Willow Room, and our new outdoor pickleball courts (weather permitting). The fitness studios have many daily scheduled activities, so make sure to check the latest schedule to avoid any time conflicts.

REC CENTER OPERATED PICKLEBALL FOR 125 LIVE MEMBERS – October 21, 2024 – March 28, 2025
Welcome 125 LIVE pickleball enthusiasts. As part 125 LIVE’s agreement with the Rochester Rec Center, 125 LIVE members can play pickleball at the Rec Center for a reduced rate October – April:
- $2 for a single time slot reservation (standard rate is $6). Beginning January 1, 2025, this will increase the $3 per time slot reservation.
- Or, 125 LIVE members can purchase the Rec Center monthly pickleball pass for a discounted rate of $15 (standard rate is $25).

125 LIVE OPERATED PICKLEBALL AT THE REC CENTER
From 6:30 am – 9:30 am, Monday thru Friday, the Rec Center gym will be rented and staffed by 125 LIVE staff. These times are drop-in only and are exclusively for 125 LIVE members.
Pricing:
- Social AND Fitness members and PAID Fitness members can play at no charge.
- Insurance-reimbursed Fitness-only members and Social-only members are subject to a $2.00 per-session visit fee (increases to $3.00 as of January 1, 2025, to coincide with Rec Center pricing).
Fitness reimbursement services, such as Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit, and Renew Active/ One Pass explicitly encourage participating fitness facilities to bill for services above and beyond the standard scope of services that facilities are contractually required to provide. Standard services include independent use of exercise equipment and a core number of fitness classes.
Insurance-reimbursed Fitness-only members are encouraged to upgrade to a full Social & Fitness membership for $21 per month to gain unlimited access to this gym time, along with all the benefits of a full Social & Fitness membership.
Therefore, to cover the costs associated with the rental and staff of the Rec Center gym, the pricing structure outlined above reflects the full range of services provided to each membership type, ensuring that all applicable services are appropriately covered.
Please note, that members who are subject to the per-session visit fee must have a credit card on file for access; no cash payments will be accepted.
Policies and Procedures:
During this 125 LIVE-operated time, the Rec Center gym is reserved exclusively for 125 LIVE members.
- Members must enter through the Rec Center and will be required to scan in with 125 LIVE staff upon arrival at the gym.
- Players must vacate the Rec Center gym by 9:30 am, unless they have registered through the Rec Center website for additional play at that time.
Players/ members may only enter or re-enter 125 LIVE through our main entrance. All other doors will remain as controlled access points.
All 125 LIVE member policies and guidelines apply to the use of your 125 LIVE membership toward any off-site or partner activities.
Please observe our code of conduct and mutual respect policies to ensure the best experience possible for all. Violations will not be tolerated.
All City of Rochester Parks and Recreation policies and guidelines will apply to the use of the Rochester Rec Center facilities.
